After 4 years of working as a System Engineer and Account Executive for IBM, Maxie left IBM to start his own company Specialized Systems , INC (SSI), a Healthcare IT company . 10 year later , Specialized Systems, Inc was acquired by Web MD. For the next 7 years Maxie worked as the VP of Western Region and the VP of Radiology Division for Web MD.
He left Web MD in 2006 to start Healthcare Staffing Professionals (HSP).

Cornelio Mamboleo Graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.S. in Communications and got his MBA from the University of la Verne. Cornelius has over 11+ years of Staffing experience. Cornelius manages Healthcare Staffing Professionals (HSP) account acquisitions, and oversees all Staffing Operations.

Randy Hamamoto joins Healthcare Staffing Professionals with over 24 years of Healthcare IT sales and sales management experience and has led teams for small privately held businesses, venture backed organizations and large publicly traded companies including Medical Manager Corporation, WebMD, Sage Software, Carefx and most recently Mede/Analytics. He has an eye for talent and an innate ability to inspire, motivate success and build long term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
Randy holds a BA in English with a specialization in Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Arianna Garcia joined HSP with over 10+ years of Payroll and Administrative experience. After 5+ years of working at Saint Cabrini Healthcare Services, she has brought her impressive skills of payroll manager to HSP, Inc. to ensure that our company manages our employee’s time sheets correctly, as well as answers any questions our employees have in regard to sick time or the payroll process.
Over the past 25 years, Ivan Juzang has become a leading expert on health, educational and social disparities that impact low-income, underserved or devalued communities. He conducts qualitative audience research that provides an “insider’s view” of the challenging daily realities of urban living.
He has focused on identifying the barriers, arguments and counter-arguments related to helping communities of color improve their health outcomes and engaging low-income urban audiences in healthier behaviors (by making informed choices).
He has been the primary researcher on all of MEE’s national research projects, including MEE’s first national report, The MEE Report: Reaching the Hip-Hop Generation (published in 1992), This Is My Reality-The Price of Sex: An Inside Look at Black Urban Youth Sexuality and the Role of the Media (published in 2004), Moving Beyond Survival Mode: Promoting Mental Wellness and Resiliency as a Way to Cope with Urban Trauma (published in 2009), and its most recent, Inner City Truth 3 Survey (or ICT3, published in December of 2013). Ivan has been on the boards of many of the most influential foundations and non-profit agencies. He received his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University, and his MBA from The Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania.
