July is coming to an end and COVID-19 is going on to what seems to be an eternity, the coronavirus pandemic has impacted many lives, mentally, physically and emotionally. As the numbers in cases spike it seems that almost everyone can say that they have known someone that has contracted the virus. We all know that COVID- 19 spreads like wild fire and stay at home orders were put in place to limit your exposure and highly recommended by government and state officials.
As months pass we have seen stay at home orders lifted, businesses close and reopen with limitations, and outdoor activities close and reopen. As we all tried to adjust to the new norm the number of cases increased, so we were back to square one but not as restricted., Well, this is just our opinion but staying home had such an impact on everyone that the moment that they got some normalcy – people were eager to get out – which we understand. Which is what lead us to write this blog for you in hopes to help you stay as safe as possible while out in public.
We strongly encourage for all to maintain an active lifestyle as much as possible as it is important for our overall health. We have come up with some activities you can do while you’re indoors, outdoors while maintaining 6 feet distance from others.

These are just a few recommendations you can do to maintain a healthy lifestyle and continue to move your body and the juices flowing! If you like to walk on the beach, visit boardwalks, outdoor malls, go out to restaurants we highly recommend to take all safety precautions seriously. Wear a mask, keep your distance and wash your hands often. We can all help save lives if we all do our part!
