Built inside a real public health department
Our first public health contract was a home visitation initiative for a county public health department. Since then, we have placed staff across more than 20 divisions at the organization, covering four active contracts and scaling from a handful of placements to over 2,000 employees.
When COVID-19 hit, our client needed a partner who could staff hundreds of positions across dozens of job categories at once. We built an Outbreak Management team that grew to include 100 epidemiologists, nurse instructors, contracts, and grants specialists and program managers, then kept scaling through vaccine administration and recovery work.

Running more than 200 clinics within a university health system, this organization’s team covering short-term absences was being stretched to cover long-term leaves it was never designed for. We ran a discovery process, built a custom electronic ordering system and role description matrix, and expanded support across eight departments — onboarding more than 100 employees including administrative staff, LVNs, and medical assistants.
