Rick Betori was named President of Healthcare Staffing Professionals in December 2025. With TrueBlue since 2011, Rick has served as President of PeopleScout since March 2023 and continues to oversee the PeopleScout business. Rick previously served as Managing Director of the Americas for PeopleScout, and as Senior Vice President of Operations and Innovation for PeopleReady. In his role, Rick leverages his more than 25 years of experience driving organizational change and growth to help strengthen client partnerships, drive innovation in workforce solutions, and foster collaboration across the broader TrueBlue organization. From 2011 to 2015, Rick served as President of former TrueBlue operating brand, StudentScout. Prior to joining TrueBlue, he served as President of Wonderlic, Inc. from 2007 to 2011 and before that as the President of an independent Management Consulting firm with a focus on business development and client engagement.
