Healthcare Packages for Employees

MEC Plans

  • MEC PLAN- Absolute minimum coverage to be in compliance and not be penalized under the Affordable Care Act law

  • MEC PLUS -Everything the MEC includes with more coverage; still not a full healthcare plan. $25 PCP Office Visit (5 visits per year); $35 Specialist Visit (1 visit per year), $50 Per Urgent Care Visit (2 visits per year)

  • MEC PREMIUM -Everything the MEC PLUS includes with more coverage; still not a full healthcare plan.$25 PCP Office Visit (Unlimited visits per year); $35 Specialist Visit (5 visits per year), $50 Per Urgent Care Visit (3 visits per year)

Anthem HMO + PPO Healthcare Plans

  • Anthem Bronze PPO – $6,000 deductible/$7,350 max out of pocket pay; $70 PCP Office Visit per year for the first 3 visits and then 35% coinsurance after medical deductible is met; $70 Specialist Visit per year for the first 3 visits and then 35% coinsurance after medical deductible is met
 
  • Anthem Silver HMO (Available to CA employees only)- $2,000 deductible/$7350 max out of pocket pay; $55 PCP Office Visit per year ; $100 Specialist Visit
 
  • Anthem Gold PPO- $1,000 deductible/$6,000 max out of pocket pay; $20 PCP Office Visit; $40 Specialist Visit; $55 PCP Office Visit per year ; $100 Specialist Visit
 

 

Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance

Dental Insurance

  • Coverage is available for you, your spouse and dependent children. The benefit year maximum for this plan is $1,500 per person. HSP will cover 50% of employee contribution up to $25 dollars
 

Vision

  • By Enrolling in our dental insurance, we offer an optional rider to help pay for eye exams and materials, such as glasses and contact lenses. This coverage can help you maintain healthy vision and overall wellness, as well as provide valuable financial protection for you, your spouse and dependent children. For pricing details, please fill out all necessary information on the portal. HSP will cover 50% of employee contribution up to $25 dollars

Life Insurance

  • HSP will pay for $10,000.00 of Life Insurance for all FULL TIME Employees.  You can opt to purchase more life insurance at your expense. Remember to move the slide bar over to $10K.  After you enroll in that there will be options to purchase additional life insurance if you choose to.
